History Made and the Runaway Big Freakin' Mashin'...

Last Friday on Ra...Smac...EC...Atria Mr. PPV defended all of his titles.

In the first event, Mr. PPV was clearly outnumbered in a number match where nothing could blindside The Legend 'Booby' Heenan as he employed the 2 monsters APA to deal with Mr. PPV. After checking Mr. PPV's Arsenal and Backlash, a confident 'Booby' went about his way, giving APA the orders to land Mr. PPV blow after blow. Ofcourse, Mr. PPV fought back and dealt some crucial blows to gain some momentum, however the end was nigh. until Mr. PPV realised why he was fighting APA for 'Booby Heenan', not Bobby Heenan..That was because for all it's worth APA forgot to practice a crucial manuever, known as sidewalk slam and therefore didn't have it in their arsenal. The lack of which was clear and One Rolling Thunder later, Booby Heenan's APA were pin 1-2-3. Mr. PPV remains the Hardcore Champion.

In the second event, a triple threat for the Eurpoean Title belt. For some reason LAiSE decided to not turn up and in his place, the (un)dead Chris Benoit, much to Babe of the Year's surprise. Having said that, it all played nicely into Mr. PPV's hands as Babe's initial strategy to deny prematch events (by stripping in the ring as she enters first, completely distracting anyone and everyone watching) was countered by Mr. PPV wanting to play the game. After much back and forth action between Babe and her (un)dead lover, eventually it was Mr. PPV who did the job by pinning Chris. But the victory was all thanks to the Coach's double interference to stop Babe from skirting the issues, as in Unique manuevers.

In the third event and Mr. PPV's second triple threat for the Heavyweight Belt, it was marred by poor officiation. Firstly, no one seems to understand what on earth was Andre the Giant doing there let alone his ability. Almost 2/3 of the match was played with him thinking a lot less of himself, which, coming to think of it, is about right for Andre the Giant. Secondly, the other Leged vying Mr.PPV's unbeaten streak was Ric Flair, who styled and profiled everything about Mr. PPVs moves. So much so that even though Andre had fortitude, Ric prefers to remove things from Mr. PPV's ring instead. That was the amount of tag-teaming and handicapping Mr. PPV had to deal with the entire night. Yet in the end, there can only be ONE. That ONE, is not the only Jet Li Standing...NO, that ONE is MR. P-P-V....(two thumbs up and pointing at the head/neck please...)

Of course, there were to be a final fatal fourway for the big red's Intercontinental title, but alas, it was not meant to be. Big Red was way past his bedtime and before we know it, he was a dead weight inside the backstage with his thumb in his mouth. It was gory. So gory that the producers decided maybe the match can be shelved.

History will forever remember how Mr. PPV defended all of his titles against insurmountable odds. At the end of the night, there were rumours that the Chairman were heard to be told, "Suck IT!!!"
